Project objective
Zona Franca Zona Sur aims to be the most important and efficient business platform in the region. Therefore, it was necessary to embark on a new era in the way it communicates its services nationwide, with a fresh and updated approach. Hence the need to redesign its website, which suffered from security issues and an inefficient user experience.
My rol
Based on the brief provided by the contracting company, begin a process of understanding the client’s needs, benchmarking their competency, defining the strategy to be implemented, and then developing a superior proposal.
Issues
The main problem was the previous hacking of the company’s website, which resulted in a significant loss of both reputation and potential customers. Beyond the above, performing a heuristic UX evaluation revealed that the development was not performing well in terms of usability.
